Virgin Mobile Canada: BlackBerry Pearl with OS 4.5
And new Pearl colors coming to T-Mobile!
The Bold has been stealing the spotlight lately but if you're a fan of the smaller BlackBerry Pearl don't fret; there's been plenty of good news for you this week too!
Virgin Mobile Canada recently announced the addition of the 8130 BlackBerry Pearl to their device lineup. What makes this announcement extra special is the fact that this is the first CDMA Pearl to launch with Device Software 4.5 installed (which includes Documents To Go Standard Edition). Even better, its free (with a 3-year contract of course) and they'll even throw in an 8GB card.
In other Pearl news this week, BlackBerryNews.com showed off T-Mobile's BlackBerry device lineup for the remainder of 2008. It looks like their 8120 Pearl will be released in 3 new colors over the next few months: Tahitian Green, Indigo, and Light Blue.
