T-Mobile BlackBerry 8320 Curve Gets 4.5 Update

Our IT office has given
priviledges for my cell phone which causes the deactivation of my T-Mobile BlackBerry's Camera and Bluetooth.Both of them are deactivated and i would like to reset them both.What could be the best way to handle this.Thanks
