Hey BlackBerry Users: We Need Your Help!
We're working hard on updates for the BlackBerry version of Documents To Go and we're asking for your help to make sure we get you exactly what you need.
For starters, we want to know what type of encryption settings you have set on your BlackBerry smartphone. Here's how you can check:
1. Select "Options" on your device. Sometimes this is within a folder called "Settings".
2. Select "Media Card" or "Memory" from the menu (whichever you see).
3. The second line on the screen should say "Encryption Mode".
4. What do you have selected for "Encryption Mode"?
